TERMS & CONDITIONS
All jewelry is designed and is handmade by artist Poppy Vincent. Many techniques are involved in the creation process, and all materials are of the finest quality available. Prices are subject to change without notice, reflecting market fluctuations in metals and stones. Every effort is made to keep prices up to date and customers will be made aware of price changes if applicable to their purchase. Diamonds are guaranteed conflict free, and all gold and silver is from repurposed sources. Butterflies are sourced from collectors and commercial farms, and are not endangered or harmed in the jewelry making process.
SHIPPING
Each piece of jewelry comes beautifully packaged. If item is available when purchased, it will ship within one week. You will be notified if item is not immediately available. All jewelry is handmade, and shipping times may vary. Please allow four to six weeks for some items. If immediate delivery is necessary, please contact me before making purchase.
Jewelry is shipped and insured using USPS Priority mail. Shipping cost is determined by item value, insurance, and handling fees. Shipping cost is shown on checkout page. For other shipping arrangements, please include shipper preference in comments section on order summary page. Shipping fees will vary accordingly.
International shipping is available to most countries. However, purchase and shipping arrangement will be made on an individual basis.
RETURNS
All jewelry comes with a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the item purchased, please notify us immediately to begin the return process. Jewelry must be returned in its original packaging and in original condition, with no signs of damage or abuse. Your money will be refunded upon receipt of item, minus shipping fees. All custom work is non-returnable and non-refundable.
CUSTOM WORK
Poppy provides one of a kind custom jewelry service, working with clients to bring their ideas and designs to life. Custom work is available in various metals, including different colors and karats of gold, sterling silver, and platinum. Diamonds and gemstones are available for purchase. Custom work may include customers own stones and materials. However, if clients metals are used, castings are not guaranteed and further cost may be incurred.
Time requirements may vary depending on the project. Please allow a minimum of six weeks. Custom work begins at $300 and requires a deposit and full payment before delivery. Custom work is non-returnable and non-refundable. Please contact Poppy to begin a custom piece.
PRIVACY POLICY
Customers information is completely confidential. All orders are encrypted and credit card information is seen only by the credit card processor and the bank. Email and address information is not shared and only used for orders and possible notification of exhibits and shows.
